Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apparel store. The ideal candidate will lead the team, ensure an exceptional shopping experience, and drive store performance in alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all store operations including sales, inventory, and staff performance
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Ensure visual merchandising and product displays align with brand guidelines
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and handle inventory control
Maintain high standards of store hygiene, safety, and security
Handle customer queries, feedback, and conflict resolution
Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, footfall, and performance metrics
Drive in-store promotions and customer engagement activities

Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
Proficient in POS systems and basic MS Office tools
Passion for fashion and knowledge of apparel trends
