• Deliver presentations to

  Architects, Consultants, Builders, and Clients

  for

  product specification and technical detailing

• Provide

  Design, Drawing, Specification, BOQ, and Costing support

  for applications of Fibre Cement Boards/Panels (Readymade Walls) such as:
  
• Drywall Partitions
  
• False Ceilings
  
• External Cladding
  
• Mezzanine Flooring
  
• Wall Lining
  
• Service Encasement
  
• Complete Prefabricated Steel Structures
  
• Drive

  Retail and Project network expansion

  by:
  
• Conducting

  training and capability building

  sessions for Dealers, Project Associates, Contractors, Carpenters, Fabricators, etc.
  
• Providing end-to-end

  Technical and On-site Project Support

  .
  
• Lead

  training and onboarding

  for the Sales & Marketing team pan India, including:
  

• Product & Application Training

  
  

• Technical Induction Programs

  for new joiners
  
• Oversee

  project execution

  through project associates, including:
  
• On-site technical support
  

• Mock-up installation

  and project handholding till final delivery
  

• Product testing and performance validation

  
  
• Application development and compatibility testing with

  supporting construction products

  
  
• Contribute to

  sales target achievement

  by ensuring technical excellence across:
  
• Specifications, trained project associates, and trained applicators/contractors
  
• Manage

  technical training budgets

  and oversee daily operational expenses related to technical support activities.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Deep technical knowledge of

  Fibre Cement Boards and Dry Construction Systems

  
  
• Strong

  presentation and communication skills

  for client interfacing and training delivery
  
• Experience in

  project management

  , client coordination, and field support
  
• Leadership ability to manage and train cross-functional technical and sales teams
  
• Experience in

  certification processes, R&D collaboration, and product performance evaluation

  
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for

  site visits, training sessions, and factory tours
