Job Title: Jir.Engineer/Sr.Engineer Civil (Building Construction) Location: [Insert Location] Experience: 23 Years / 4-8yrs Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization or experience in Interior Design Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building construction , ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction work Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders Interpret technical drawings and ensure adherence to design specificatins Ensure quality control and safety measures are strictly followed Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status Assist in material planning and site logistics Resolve site issues promptly in coordination with the project manager Requirements: 2–3 years for Jr.Engineer/ 5-8yrs for Sr.Engineer experience in civil site supervision, preferably in residential or commercial building projects Good understanding of construction drawings, structural layouts, and interior design coordination (if applicable) Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with all levels Knowledge of safety procedures and site management tools Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other construction software is a plus
