Role & responsibilities Planning and Design Assurance is responsible for ensuring that planning and design activities are initiated and completed on time and in line with the organization goals and objectives. This role involves conducting reviews and documenting issues, developing and implementing design assurance procedures, ensuring alignment with internal STRAP, Budget and regulatory approvals / submissions, collaborating with cross functional teams and contributing to continuous improvement in planning and design assurance. Develop and Implement Design Assurance Procedures: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive procedures and guidelines for design assurance. Support the integration of these procedures into the planning and design processes to ensure consistency and compliance. Provide guidance and support during the implementation of design assurance procedures, ensuring that all processes align with quality and project standards. Regulatory Compliance : As part of overall Planning & Design Assurance, ensuring that timely planning/design action is taken on all mandates of Regulatory Authorities (AERA, MoEFCC/State Environemnt Department, BCAS, BoI, Customs, APHO, etc.) or commitments given to the Regulatory Authorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, project managers and external consultants, to ensure time and budget control. Facilitate effective communication and teamwork to integrate design assurance seamlessly into all aspects of the project.
