Sr. UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Sr. UI/UX Designer We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at PropVIVO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing digital products. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and align with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user behaviour and needs. Translate complex concepts and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables. Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in designing digital products. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, interaction design, and visual design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development frameworks is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
