Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for permanent and contract roles, with a strong understanding of the Indian IT job market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates based on technical and soft skills as per job descriptions.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand open requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across technologies like Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.
  • Negotiate salaries and rates with candidates based on client budgets.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS records accurately.
  • Work on both permanent and contract hiring models as needed.

Required Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job roles in the Indian IT market
  • Proficiency in using Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with IT services or staffing firms
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and Excel-based reporting
  • Experience in bulk or mass hiring (added advantage)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or any related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,335.50 - ₹54,230.51 per month
