Title: Associate Director – Delivery (Role of Delivery Head) Location: Pune (Full work from office) Team Size: ~60 people (Delivery Managers, Architects, Tech Leads) Reports to: Group Delivery Head What You’ll Do: Delivery Leadership & Governance Own project delivery across accounts – ensure success in revenue growth, account health, quality, margins, risk, and project governance Drive delivery for projects involving modern architecture, cloud-native platforms, and complex product ecosystems Roll up your sleeves during escalations – lead from the front with Delivery Managers, Architects, and PMs Strategic Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders Understand customer goals, influence strategic direction, and deliver value Lead product roadmap conversations and identify opportunities to upsell Harbinger’s services People Leadership Inspire, mentor, and lead a 60+ member delivery team Drive people processes – engagement, career planning, capability and succession management Create a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous learning What You Bring: 10-20 years of IT experience with min 5+ years in a senior leadership/strategic delivery role Strong technical grounding – you can speak the language of developers and architects Proven track record in Delivery Management for software product and services organizations Experience managing diverse, high-performance teams in agile product engineering environments Excellent client management, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong business acumen – able to spot opportunities and sell value-added services Highly collaborative, analytical, and resilient – thrives in fast-paced environments Show more Show less
