Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Meta Ads Executive with 3–5 years of expertise in running paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), specifically targeting audiences in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize performance-driven Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for real estate lead generation.
• Define campaign structure, audience segmentation, targeting strategy, and funnel-based ad planning.
• Design and test ad creatives (images/videos/copies) tailored for real estate audiences.
• Monitor and analyze ad performance using Meta Ads Manager and provide actionable insights to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Track daily budget spend, maintain cost-efficiency, and maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and campaign goals.
• Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance.
• Ensure proper pixel tracking, event setup, and retargeting implementation using Meta Pixel.
• Stay up to date with Meta Ads policy updates, trends, and algorithm changes relevant to the real estate industry.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record in the real estate domain, managing lead generation for residential and/or commercial properties.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Facebook Pixel, and retargeting strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with ad budgeting, cost tracking, and funnel optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Meta Blueprint (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
