Duties & Responsibilities:
● Implement and deliver the Business Development Strategy and Marketing Plan market for the Hospital with the Senior Management Team and agree/set clear goals and measurable outcomes.
● Set the plan for GP liaison
● To reinforce GP understanding of the hospital and its services with a view to increasing referrals.
● To Increase Referral business by maintaining healthy relationship with Doctors/Chemists/Opticians/Corp. etc. Planning strategies and implementation.
● Attending and representing brand in trade exhibitions, conferences. Organising Medical Camps.
● Meeting up monthly targets & do systematic Client Follow up and interact with Client on weekly basis.
● He will be meeting clients referred by doctors to convert them to sales.
● Candidate will have to meet Doctors, Nurses, Chemists on daily basis
● He should be able to present business opportunity and generate references from Doctor.
● He should also be able to understand requirement and recommend solutions.
● Accurately record and prepare reports of all prospects/client information in Company
formats.
● Interact effectively and professionally with clients and other field staff by providing support,
● information & guidance Exhibit the flexibility necessary to multi-task, and perform client identification in multiple , locations as needed.
● Execute full process from taking an appointment to complete information collation
● Excellent time management
● Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call
report etc
● Maintain professional knowledge by attending organization training, establishing personal
● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
● Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
● Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
● Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
● Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
● Collaborate with team to achieve better results
