Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts) with experience in NBFC/BFSI. The role involves managing financial planning, reporting, compliance, taxation, and risk, while leading a finance team and supporting strategic decisions alongside the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (Indian GAAP/Ind-AS).
Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI, SEBI, and statutory guidelines.
Oversee taxation, audits, internal controls, and risk management.
Manage treasury operations and stakeholder presentations.
Mentor and lead the finance team.

Key Skills & Experience

CA/Cost Accountant + MBA (Finance) with 7–10 years NBFC/BFSI experience.
Strong expertise in Ind-AS, auditing standards, taxation, and MIS.
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
