Sr. HR Executive (Male)

Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Location: Jagatpur, Cuttack
Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time)

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a male candidate.
• Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electricity distribution OR MBA/PGDM (HR) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in electricity distribution
• A two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Preferred Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year of current or recent experience as an HR in TATA Power DISCOM BA (Business Associate)

Required Skill Set:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, field-intensive environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
• Identify training needs, coordinate and implement development programs to upskill workforce and enhance productivity.
• Facilitate the performance review process, assist in KPI setting, and provide support in employee performance evaluation cycles.
• Ensure all HR practices adhere to applicable labour laws and TATA DISCOM compliance norms.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns; ensure fair resolution in line with company policies.
• Must be open to extensive travel (up to 75% field visits).
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, result-centric environments.
• High sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned as per business requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
