Sr. Graphic Designer

Location: Sector 63 Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3-4 Years Reporting To: Creative Director Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design, excellent leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling. This role requires someone who can take projects from concept to completion, guide junior designers, and collaborate across departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of creative projects across digital, print, and branding. Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, websites, and advertising campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into effective visual solutions. Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, encouraging their creative growth. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (4+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior or lead role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/After Effects is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing creative and original design solutions. Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment. Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Sketch. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Motion graphics/video editing capabilities are a strong advantage.
