Sr. Graphic Designer

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can conceptualize and create visually compelling content for our clients’ social media platforms. You’ll be a key creative voice in the team, ensuring each brand's visual identity is strong, consistent, and engaging across all channels.

Required Experience:

3+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality static and motion creatives for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google etc.)
• Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, and brand strategists to align visuals with campaign objectives
• Ensure visual consistency across all client touch points while respecting brand guidelines
• Translate briefs into original and compelling design solutions
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an agency environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of social media aesthetics and formats, and ability to make motion graphics
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing branding and social media work
• Need to have a professional attitude, being able to work with multiple Social Media Managers and Teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gomtinagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
