About the role

As a Graphic Designer,you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that

inspire, inform, and captivate our target audience. Working closely with the

marketing team, you will translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and

design solutions. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them

and communicate the right message.. You will use various design tools, including

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Spotlight, WordPress, to create visual

content that meets our brand guidelines and enhances user experience across

digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Designing visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with

the company’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate its messages.

● Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) extensively to

create high-quality visual content.

● Working with Photoshop/Illustrator/SpotlightCanva, Premiere Pro / Any Video

Editing Software, WordPress to create web-based design elements and

collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless integration into our

website.

● Creating and editing video content using software such as Premiere Pro

enhancing our multimedia marketing efforts.

● Maintaining a working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) like

WordPress to effectively implement and manage design elements on our digital

platforms.

● Staying informed about the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies

to continuously improve our design output and stay ahead in a competitive

market.

● Strong visual design skills with expertise in branding, typography, layout, and

creative storytelling across digital and print.

Who are we looking for

● 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

● Proven ability to create high-quality, visually appealing graphic design

elements.

● Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & PHP (a plus).

● Experience with video editing software like Premiere Pro.

● Experience with a CMS like WordPress (a plus).

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

● A passion for design and a strong desire to learn and grow.

● A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, User Experience

(UX/UI) Design, or a related field

● Experience in designing from a B2B/ SaaS based organization is a plus.

Pay: ₹318,284.35 - ₹600,000.00 per year
