Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience specializing in UiPath development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and implementing automation solutions. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus. The role involves day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions. Provide technical expertise in UiPath development ensuring high-quality and efficient code. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and update existing automation solutions to adapt to changing business needs. Document all development processes including design testing and deployment for future reference. Train and mentor junior developers on UiPath best practices and development techniques. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all automation projects. Utilize domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting to enhance automation solutions and improve efficiency. Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions making necessary adjustments to optimize results. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across projects. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UiPath and automation technologies. Qualifications Possess strong experience in UiPath development with a proven track record of successful projects. Have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting principles to effectively integrate automation solutions. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
