Sr. Backend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team in Hyderabad. This is a client-facing onsite role, ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable, cloud-native systems using modern backend technologies like Java, Python, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask)
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Develop and deploy containerized applications in Kubernetes environments
• Use NATS messaging system to build event-driven applications
• Optimize backend performance in cloud-native deployments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and technical discussions

Mandatory Requirements (Screening Criteria)

• Minimum 4+ years of professional backend development experience
• Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask)
• Experience with NATS or similar message streaming systems
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clean code practices, and team collaboration
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
