Sr. Architect (Real Estate)

Job Title: Sr Associate Architect

Location: Mumbai/ Pune

Experience Required: 8–15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, from initial

concept

through to completion.

• Develop and oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and

specifications.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design

solutions that meet their objectives and budget.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless

project execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure

compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.

• Mentor and provide leadership to junior architects and design team members,

fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and best practices to incorporate

cutting edge and sustainable design solutions.

• Participate in business development activities, including client meetings /

presentations, proposal preparation, and networking events.

Qualification

• Batchelor / Master's of Architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 6-10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Licensed architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure) preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp,

Rhino).
