Specification Sales Manager

Job Title: Specifications Sales Manager – ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels)

Job Summary:

The Specifications Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels) by securing product approvals and specifications from architects, consultants, façade contractors, and builders. The role focuses on creating demand for ACP products at the specification stage and ensuring follow-through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Specification:
• Identify and engage with key influencers (architects, façade consultants, project management consultants, builders).
• Ensure product specification and approval for ACP in commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial projects.
• Track projects from inception to execution.
• Business Development:
• Build strong relationships with architects, developers, and contractors.
• Generate project leads through networking and market intelligence.
• Drive specifications-based selling to convert leads into business.
• Market Analysis & Strategy:
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide inputs to product development and pricing strategy.
• Conduct presentations and product demos for consultants and key stakeholders.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure proper follow-up and material supply to projects.
• Maintain detailed project database and update progress in CRM tools.
• Reporting:
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on specifications pipeline and achievements.
• Track and report conversion ratios of specifications to actual sales.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of building material industry, preferably ACP or façade materials.

• Ability to read architectural drawings and interpret project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹348,440.41 - ₹1,237,481.23 per year
