The team focusses on working collaboratively with stakeholders execute tasks with precision driven by set processes and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and assisting them in finding their way around the office.
  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary within the office within security guidelines.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Responding promptly to all requests pertaining to F&B in a templated manner and provide suitable options as per standard timeline
  • Organizing for all Travel related queries as per the requested options and timeline.
  • Regular review, revision and documentation of processes and SOPs.

What You'll Need

  • Around 3-7 years of experience in the F&B industry in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills which includes Verbal and Written.
  • Telephone handling
  • Sound knowledge of Food vendors in and around the office premises.
  • Vendor interaction and Negotiation skills
  • An enhanced degree of computer literacy
  • Good time management skills.
