Job Description

What you will do

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and assisting them in finding their way around the office

Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary within the office within security guidelines

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

Responding promptly to all requests pertaining to FB in a templated manner and provide suitable options as per standard timeline

Organizing for all Travel related queries as per the requested options and timeline

Regular review, revision and documentation of processes and SOPs

What you will need

Around 3-7 years of experience in the FB industry in a similar role

Excellent communication skills which includes Verbal and Written

Telephone handling

Sound knowledge of Food vendors in and around the office premises

Vendor interaction and Negotiation skills

An enhanced degree of computer literacy

Good time management skills
