Job Description

Solution Architect


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    end-to-end architecture

    during the discovery and design phases of digital banking transformation projects.
  • Define solution blueprints and

    integration maps

    across platforms including

    Mambu, Salesforce, and nCino

    .
  • Align business requirements with

    AWS-native architecture

    (ECS, Lambda, S3, Glue, Redshift).
  • Design secure, scalable microservices-based solutions using

    REST, GraphQL

    , and event-driven frameworks (Kafka).
  • Produce high-level and low-level

    architecture artefacts

    , including data flows, API contracts, and deployment diagrams.
  • Recommend and integrate third-party components (KYC/AML, fraud scoring, payment gateways).
  • Collaborate closely with Integration Specialists, DevOps, and UX/Product teams.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in solution architecture, with at least 4–5 in

    banking, fintech, or digital platform environments

    .
  • Proven experience with core banking systems like

    Mambu, nCino, Salesforce

    , or equivalents.
  • Hands-on expertise in

    AWS services

    (ECS, Lambda, IAM, Glue, Redshift, CloudWatch).
  • Strong understanding of

    REST/GraphQL APIs

    ,

    event-driven architecture (Kafka)

    , and

    microservices

    .
  • Familiarity with

    banking compliance, data privacy

    , and regulatory frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, PSD2).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
