Experience: 3-8 Years Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata Key Skills: Net Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework (EF/EF Core), LINQ Job Description: Net Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework (EF/EF Core), LINQ Understands the Net technologies in order to understand the existing codebase debug Has ability to do enhancement work Evaluates service requests to ensure adherence to standards and processes Identifies and resolves simple to medium complexity incidents and production problems Understands and completes simple to medium complexity service requests such as active directory issues breakfixes etc Performs root cause analysis for simple to medium complexity issues Trains junior team member to help smoothen their transition into the client account Updates and enriches the knowledge error database KEDB Resolves functionaltechnical tickets based on existing knowledge base Investigates and identifies problems and user requirements Independently resolves adhoc or batch jobs resolution Adheres to the SLA timelines as suggested by project lead manager Monitors and analyzes supported services to identify opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions Responsible for configuring programming and testing the minor application enhancements to improve application features or performance Can be also responsible for application monitoring activities Can provide oncall support for ensuring business continuity during out of office hours Independently performs Application Maintenance and support Is knowledgeable of and complies with customer internal ITIL processes and policies in daytoday activities Show more Show less
