🔍 What We’re Looking For

Strong grasp of Core Java and Spring Boot.

Familiarity with microservices and REST API development.

Understanding of JSON, HTTP, and backend architecture.

Basic knowledge of databases like MySQL, and optional exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems

Hands-on with debugging, performance tuning, and writing clean, testable code.

Open to using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to boost productivity and automate boring tasks.

More than anything, a backend engineering mindset.

🌱 For Juniors

You may not have years of experience, but if you understand Java, know how backend systems works, and can think in systems, we want to talk. You’ll get mentorship, training, and growth opportunities.

💪 For Seniors

You’ve built scalable systems, handled production issues, optimised APIs, and mentored others.

You can lead by example, bring ownership, and contribute to our architectural decisions.

You think about distributed systems, performance, observability, and DevOps.

🎯 Responsibilities (Common to All Levels)

Build and maintain backend services using Java + Spring Boot.

Design and develop REST APIs in a microservice architecture.

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code.

Debug efficiently and handle production challenges.

Collaborate with team members and product stakeholders.

Contribute to improving our system performance, speed, and resilience.
