Software Development Engineer (Frontend) - Trainee

Eligibility Criteria : B.E(CS/IT) / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MCS / M.Sc(IT/Comp).

Experience : 1+ years of web development experience as a full stack developer.

Title:

As a Full Stack Developer at Xpanso Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React/Next JS, Node.js). You will work on both the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless integration and delivering an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement front-end components using React(specifically NextJS is a plus)
• Build and maintain back-end services with Node.js and Express/ Hapi.
• Create and manage databases using MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React(specifically NextJS), Node.js)
• Experience with MySQL or NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time.
