Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Ahmednagar. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions on various life and soft skills. Daily tasks include developing training materials, conducting workshops, assessing trainees, and providing feedback. The trainer will also be responsible for enhancing participants' communication, presentation skills, and overall personal development.

Strong Presentation Skills and Communication Skills
Experience in Training & Development and Soft Skills Training
Knowledge in Life Skills training
Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Ability to create engaging training materials and presentations
