What you'll be doing:


  • Be the Client Whisperer Serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships built on trust and mutual success.
  • Orchestrate Social Success Juggle multiple exciting projects, ensuring seamless execution by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strategize & Elevate Present broad social media strategies, monthly reports, and insightful updates to clients, ensuring they're always in the loop.
  • Anticipate & Adapt Continuously gauge client needs and marketing objectives, maintaining a unified vision between their expectations and our strategic plans.
  • Drive Internal Synergy Collaborate closely with our talented internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, timely deliveries, and peak efficiency.
  • Analyze & Optimize Dive deep into performance data fortnightly, translating complex metrics into actionable insights and customized reports that truly benefit our clients.
  • Innovate & Inspire Bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible in social media.


What you'll bring:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing/Branding, Communication, B.Com, BBA, BMS, BMM, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience within a dynamic digital marketing agency.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), coordination, and planning skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and navigate client conversations with diplomacy and grace.
  • A resourceful and adaptive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Superb active listening skills and a talent for building genuine rapport.
  • A creative spark for developing impactful social media and ad campaigns.
