Job Title: Social Media Specialist / Executive
Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Social Media Specialist / Executive with 1–2 years of professional experience in managing social media platforms and creating content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Shopify-based brands, a strong sense of digital trends, and proficiency in content strategy, engagement, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos) tailored to each platform
• Manage and grow social media presence for Shopify brand accounts
• Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Creator Studio for scheduling and publishing
• Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions)
• Generate monthly reports and optimize strategies based on insights
• Collaborate with content and design teams for consistent branding
• Assist in managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in a similar role (internships not counted)
• Proven experience managing social media for Shopify-based eCommerce brands
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies
• Good command over content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ad managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts
