About the Role

Lifology is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Marketing Operations Manager to join our in-house marketing team at Technopark, Trivandrum. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong content strategy background, exceptional English writing and editing skills, and hands-on experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to build engaging digital experiences, execute high-impact campaigns, and drive brand visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic content plan across digital channels in line with brand and marketing goals.
• Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Write, edit, and proofread impactful copy for social media, ads, blog posts, and other marketing assets.
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Studio.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and product teams to ensure cohesive, visually appealing content.
• Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform insights, and other tools; deliver actionable recommendations.
• Maintain campaign calendars, coordinate approvals, and document marketing workflows.
• Stay current on digital trends, competitor strategies, and evolving marketing tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or marketing operations.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, and Google Ads.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with creative and performance marketing teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Basic knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), CMS platforms (WordPress), or email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Creative sensibility with an eye for visual and video content.
• Understanding of performance marketing concepts and funnel metrics.
