Trackometrix360.com is seeking a dynamic Social Media Intern with a love for language, storytelling, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate has a flair for creative communication, understands what captivates online audiences, and brings basic proficiency with AI-powered social media tools. You will support our brand’s voice and visibility, working alongside experienced marketers to boost our presence across social platforms.

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for Trackometrix360.’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, and more)
• Write compelling captions, posts, and responses that reflect the brand’s tone and values
• Monitor audience interactions, promptly engage followers, and build positive community relationships
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva, social listening tools, etc.) for content ideation, scheduling, and analytics
• Track, measure, and report on content performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) using social media analytics dashboards
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to contribute fresh ideas that resonate with our target audience
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends, platforms, and best practices

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with a passion for social media storytelling
• Basic knowledge of AI tools relevant to digital marketing (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT)
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and reliability
• Pursuing/Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields
