Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth for Trackometrix360 by generating leads, executing cold calls, conducting sales meetings, and closing deals for our suite of digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a digital marketing agency, with a proven track record in business development for services such as paid marketing, web development, creative/design, CRM, and loyalty programs.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

o  Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound activities.

o  Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects for digital marketing services.

Cold Calling & Sales Outreach:

o  Initiate cold calls and emails to prospective clients.

o  Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations to pitch agency offerings.

Sales Conversion:

o  Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

o  Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.

o  Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management:

o  Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

o  Ensure smooth handover to the account management team post-sale.

Market Intelligence:

o  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

o  Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs and opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

·      Minimum 2-4 years of business development experience in a digital marketing agency.

·      Proven track record in selling digital marketing services: paid marketing, website development, creative/design, CRM & loyalty programs, and lead generation.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Strong network and understanding of the D2C, retail, or e-commerce sectors (preferred).

·      Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·      Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PG preferred.
