Job Summary

Gravity Studio is a creative agency in Guwahati specializing in branding, digital content, and design. We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to lead content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and client coordination for multiple brands.

This is a full-time on-site role with strong growth potential for someone who understands content trends and can lead social strategy creatively and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients
• Oversee social media content creation and coordinate with the design team
• Write engaging captions, taglines, and post descriptions aligned with brand tone
• Manage post scheduling, publishing, and tracking performance using tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.)
• Analyze post engagement and prepare performance reports
• Respond to DMs, comments, and messages where needed
• Communicate with clients for approvals, feedback, and campaign discussions
• Coordinate with potential clients via DM, email, or WhatsApp for leads and queries
• Stay on top of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & reel trends to keep content fresh and relevant

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (internship experience counts)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and reels
• Ability to write clear, engaging captions in English
• Organized and good at managing multiple client calendars
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, and content tools
• Confident in speaking with clients and explaining content strategy
• Bonus: Knowledge of paid ads or influencer coordination
