Job Description

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the overall brand objectives.
  • Manage daily operations of all company social media platforms, including posting creatives, videos, and written content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms.

2. Brand Awareness & Online Reputation

  • Enhance brand visibility through consistent and strategic content distribution.
  • Actively engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and brand interactions.
  • Monitor, manage, and respond to feedback, addressing any negative comments promptly and professionally.

3. Audience Growth & Engagement

  • Build strategies to increase follower count, engagement rates, and community growth across platforms.
  • Use analytics and insights to optimize performance and audience targeting.

4. Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers.
  • Plan and execute influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility and credibility.

5. Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Implement innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

6. Compliance & Brand Guidelines

  • Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, copyright laws, and platform-specific policies.
  • Maintain ethical standards and adhere to company policies in all communications.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the content writer, graphic designer, and operations team to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely execution of all content as per brand calendar.

8. Public Relations Support

  • Contribute to PR strategies by collaborating with media outlets, bloggers, and digital PR platforms.
  • Ensure brand representation is consistent in external communications.

9. Content Creation

  • Write and edit high-quality content, including captions, campaign copy, and storytelling posts.
  • Support the team with creative inputs and copywriting expertise.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic understanding of branding and engagement.
