· Make daily sales and follow-up calls to existing and potential salon clients.
· Conduct regular feedback calls to understand client satisfaction and challenges.
· Address any client concerns or service issues and escalate them to the concerned department.
· Maintain call records in excel sheet.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
· Work closely with the sales and support teams for better service delivery.
· Graduate with relevant experience.
· Prior experience in Telecalling, especially in the beauty or salon industry, is a plus.
· Strong communication and listening skills in Hindi and English.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools.
· Ability to handle client issues patiently and professionally.
