Social Media Executive – Fashion & Lifestyle | Mandira Wirk

We’re looking for a creative and digitally-savvy Social Media Executive to join the Mandira Wirk team. If you live and breathe fashion content, love crafting stories, and can turn scrolls into sales, we’d love to hear from you!

📍Location: Noida, sector-6

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred

🕰️ Type: Full-time, On-site

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Plan, curate, and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Develop engaging reels, posts, stories, and campaign content in sync with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.

Monitor trends, reels audio, fashion creators, and competitor activities for real-time relevance.

Coordinate with the design, styling, and product teams to shoot and publish content around new launches, BTS, influencer tie-ups, and events.

Manage DMs, comments, queries, and community engagement with prompt responses.

Work with the marketing head to boost visibility through paid ads, influencer outreach, and collaborations.

Track performance metrics weekly and prepare content reports with insights and learnings.

🛠️ Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Media, Fashion Communication, Marketing, or related field.

Hands-on experience with Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and basic editing apps.

Strong written communication and storytelling skills.

A good eye for aesthetic, fashion-forward visual layouts, and captions.

Passionate about fashion, content, and digital storytelling.
