This role demands a sharp commercial mind, deep understanding of luxury fashion, and the ability to deliver growth across channels without compromising on brand integrity. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end sales across EBOs, MBOs, couture & e-commerce • Set and exceed monthly/quarterly targets across all channels • Build and maintain key buyer/vendor relationships (India & global) • Oversee sales forecasting, demand planning, and profitability (P&L) • Launch new MBOs/SIS and drive retail expansion • Develop ATL/BTL events, exhibitions & trunk shows (B2B/B2C) • Align with design, production & marketing for product launches • Manage stock aging, replenishment & merchandising strategies • Run pricing strategy, markdowns, schemes, and vendor pay outs • Drive e-commerce performance — product uploads, inventory, GR, promos • Ensure SOPs, client service benchmarks, and retail operations excellence 🛠️ Ideal Candidate Profile • 4–5+ years of experience in luxury fashion/retail sales • Strong track record of achieving multi-crore sales targets • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills • Understanding of inventory management, buying cycles & CRM • Hands-on with MBO/EBO operations, exhibitions & online channels • Ability to handle high-performance teams & multiple verticals someone who is willing to boost our turnover

Develop engaging reels, posts, stories, and campaign content in sync with the brand’s voice and aesthetic. Monitor trends, reels audio, fashion creators, and competitor activities for real-time relevance. Coordinate with the design, styling, and product teams to shoot and publish content around new launches, BTS, influencer tie-ups, and events.
