Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Create high-quality graphics, reels, and videos aligned with our brand identity
Monitor social trends and translate them into creative, brand-relevant content
Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to promote new titles, author stories, and campaigns
Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1–3 years of experience in social media content creation (publishing/literary industry is a plus)
Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools
Excellent written communication and visual storytelling ability
Understanding of brand voice, audience engagement, and platform algorithms
Self-driven, creative thinker with a deep appreciation for books and digital culture
