Social Media Community Manager

The Community Manager will focus on building, nurturing, and managing Talrop’s online and offline communities. The role involves creating engagement strategies, managing social media accounts, fostering positive interactions among users, and driving participation in events, discussions, and feedback loops. Core Responsibilities:  Develop and implement community-building strategies that drive engagement and growth.  Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and interaction.  Facilitate discussions and activities that encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the community.  Identify and engage with key influencers, advocates, and thought leaders in the community.  Monitor community feedback and escalate issues to the relevant departments.  Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, to promote the brand and strengthen user loyalty.  Provide reports and analysis of community growth, engagement, and overall sentiment. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social media, or a related field.  Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management.  Proven experience in community management or social media marketing.  Strong understanding of online community platforms and tools.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.  Passion for building strong, engaged communities .At the core, we focus on three things: observing, learning, and adapting.
