Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with a passion for healthcare and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have at least 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or as a Medical Representative. You must be comfortable traveling frequently to meet clients, build relationships, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities : ● Identify and generate new business opportunities in the medical and healthcare sectors ● Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals ● Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients ● Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions ● Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth ● Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients ● Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of client requirements ● Provide feedback from the market to help shape the company's offerings Required Qualification and Skills : ● Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or as a Medical Representative ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills ● Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive ● Willingness to travel as per business needs ● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science/Pharma background preferred but not mandatory) ● Existing network with healthcare professionals is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Medical sales: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
