Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Assistant located in Mumbai. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for managing and creating content for social media platforms, monitoring social media trends, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance. The role involves scheduling posts, coordinating with other team members for content creation, participating in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.

Qualifications

·        Proven experience managing social media content calendars

·        Strong eye for visual storytelling, layout, and design consistency

·        Familiarity with LinkedIn best practices for professional brand representation

·        Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive mindset

·        Strong organizational and project management abilities
