Social Media Analyst

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in TheSmallBigIdea, by providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize business processes and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the media industry. They will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities: Collecting and organizing data for daily/weekly reports Building and maintaining dashboards in Excel Analyzing trends and supporting key business decisions Collaborating across departments to deliver insights Ensuring data accuracy and supporting ad-hoc analysis Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in data/reporting analysis Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.) A degree in Commerce, Business, Statistics, Economics, or similar A proactive mindset with attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills Show more Show less
