Job Description

JD Project Oversight: Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Team Management: Lead and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and resolve any issues. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Resource Management: Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and labor to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. Quality Control: Inspect work progress to ensure it meets design specifications, building codes, and client expectations. Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, track project milestones, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders. Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges, such as delays or conflicts, and implement effective solutions promptly. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, attendance, and any incidents or changes to the project scope. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction or site supervision. Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction processes, reading blueprints, and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide on-site personnel.
