Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor located in Lucknow. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring safety regulations are followed, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and reporting progress to the project manager.

Qualifications

• Construction Management, Project Management, and Site Supervision skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the construction industry
• Certification in Construction Management or related field
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 2–4 years of on‑site supervision experience, preferably in residential or retrofit projects
• Proficiency with MS Excel (inventory logs, daily reports) and basic site‑drawing interpretation (AutoCAD/Revit)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and enforce project schedules
• Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between design teams, contractors, and suppliers

• Track incoming materials, tools, and equipment; maintain up‑to‑date inventory logs
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule deliveries and verify material quality
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet specifications
• Enforce safety protocols, document incidents, and drive corrective actions
• Maintain daily site reports, photographic records, and progress logs
• Prepare concise weekly and milestone reports for project managers
• Capture performance data and field feedback for our R&D team
