Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 48 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction of high-rise residential or commercial buildings (Mandatory). Proven experience in managing structural and finishing works. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle labor and subcontractors efficiently.
