Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to oversee construction activities and ensure that projects are executed according to design, quality standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction techniques, site supervision, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities:Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with architectural and engineering plans.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to execute designs as per specifications.Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet required standards.Manage site documentation, including reports, work schedules, and daily progress logs.Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting construction challenges.Ensure safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify project accuracy.Support in cost estimation and resource planning as required.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
