Job Title: Site Engineer Location: Sipat Department: Project Execution / Engineering Reporting To: Project Manager / Site In-Charge Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage daily operations at the project site. The ideal candidate will ensure that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare daily progress reports, maintain records of site activities and materials. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to standards. Resolve technical issues and recommend solutions during construction. Manage resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) effectively on-site. Liaise with design teams to clarify and resolve any technical issues. Participate in quality checks, inspections, and audits. Requirements: Education: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline. Experience: 2–5 years of site execution experience in construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects (e.g., solar power plants, water projects, etc.). Strong understanding of engineering principles, project drawings, and BOQs. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management tools. Knowledge of safety standards and construction methodologies. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic site environment. Preferred Skills (if applicable): Experience in solar energy or industrial infrastructure projects. Familiarity with local regulatory norms and site documentation. Willingness to relocate or travel as per project requirements.

Job Title: Manager Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Department: O&M Experience Required: 5-10 Years in Solar Plant O&M (preferably Floating Solar or Utility-scale Ground-Mount) Employment Type: Full-time About Quant Solar: Quant Solar is a technology-driven company dedicated exclusively to floating solar solutions. Our work spans across design, engineering, installation, and O&M of advanced floating PV systems across India. Job Summary: The O&M Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance, reliability, and compliance of operational solar power plants. The role includes supervising site teams, coordinating with clients, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, and meeting performance benchmarks across various solar projects. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight Ensure optimal performance of solar assets through continuous monitoring, inspection, and reporting Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules Lead daily operations and supervise field technicians across multiple sites Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and coordinate corrective actions in a timely manner Performance Management Analyze plant performance and generation data via analytics tools Maintain generation reports, PR (Performance Ratio), CUF, and downtime logs Drive performance improvement initiatives to reduce breakdowns and enhance uptime People & Vendor Management Manage and train site-level O&M technicians and engineers Oversee outsourced contractors and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities Enforce site safety protocols and conduct regular audits and toolbox talks Documentation & Compliance Maintain all logs, service records, maintenance checklists, and warranty documentation Support audits and coordinate with statutory authorities when required Client & Stakeholder Interface Provide regular updates to clients on plant performance, downtime, and any incidents Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams for recurring issues or retrofits Handle warranty claims, insurance inspections, and OEM coordination Requirements: Education B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy or related field Experience Minimum 5-10 years in Operations & Maintenance of Solar PV Plants Experience with floating solar systems is a strong advantage Skills: Strong technical knowledge of PV system components and performance metrics Ability to manage distributed teams across multiple project locations Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Excellent communication and reporting skills Preferred Attributes: Experience working in remote or water-based solar projects HSE Certifications (First Aid, Fire Safety) will be an added advantage
