VicTree Solutions is hiring a Site Engineer for its pharma client in Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai. *** CANDIDATES FROM PHARMA INDUSTRY ONLY REQUIRED *** *** CANDIDATES WILL TRAVEL PAN INDIA TO CLIENT SITE *** About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Engineer to oversee project management and coordination across our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient project execution, uphold quality and safety standards, and facilitate seamless communication between the on-site teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure all specifications are met. Track project progress and prepare regular updates for senior management and clients. Identify and manage potential risks, implementing corrective actions as needed. Site Coordination: Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project specifications and timelines. Oversee subcontractors and ensure they adhere to safety standards, schedules, and quality requirements. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact between the on-site team and project management. Document project activities, including daily progress, materials usage, and safety reports. Conduct site meetings and communicate project updates effectively to all stakeholders. Quality & Safety Management: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure adherence to project specifications. Enforce safety regulations and conduct routine safety checks. Investigate and address any site issues or deviations from quality and safety protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a site engineering or project management role, preferably within the construction or turnkey project industry. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of project management principles, site operations, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management software and construction-related tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent. Familiarity with local construction laws, codes, and regulations. Ability to work independently and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment. Pay range – 25k-50k per month Show more Show less
