Site Engineer

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–5 Years (Residential/Commercial Projects Preferred)

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Reporting To: Site Manager / Project Manager

• Supervise site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure daily progress of civil & finishing activities like RCC, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, Flooring etc.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
• Maintain site records: daily progress report (DPR), labor deployment, and quality checklists.
• Assist in material planning, stock verification, and requisition.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are followed at site.
• Conduct level checking, line marking, and layout as per GFC drawings.

• Sound technical knowledge of civil construction practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Title: Project Manager – Mumbai

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 7–12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Reporting To: Project Manager

• Responsible for managing execution across

  multiple sites

  within the same project or across projects.
• Leads the site engineering team, coordinates civil and MEP works, ensures safety and quality compliance, monitors project progress, and interfaces with consultants, vendors, and the client team.
• Lead overall site execution including structural, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Plan and monitor project schedule, resources, manpower, and progress milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations at site.
• Review and validate contractor bills, material reconciliation, and work certifications.
• Interface with architects, consultants, and client for technical coordination and issue resolution.
• Conduct review meetings with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and vendor performance.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of civil execution methods and Mumbai construction practices.
