Job Description

Key Responsibility :


  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to meet targets for output, quality, and timelines for
  • DC charger units.
  • Supervise and deploy manpower effectively according to production capacity and requirements.
  • Monitor real-time production data (hourly/daily) and ensure corrective actions are taken to avoid deviations or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and minimize rejections, coordinating with Quality & R&D teams.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve causes of production failures and bottlenecks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the planning and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Optimize processes using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly production reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain production documentation, production logs, and ensure traceability of materials and processes.
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) in coordination with R&D, providing feedback from manufacturing feasibility perspectives.
  • Ensure visual management and data displays are up to date on the production floor.


Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Industrial Engineering or related field.
