Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for Li-ion battery backup solutions in the data centre sector. Identify and acquire new enterprise clients , while nurturing relationships with existing key accounts . Conduct technical consultations and sales presentations for decision-makers in data centres, colocation providers, hyperscale facilities, and cloud service providers . Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Li-ion battery technology, UPS efficiency, and sustainable power solutions . Key Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with large enterprises, colocation providers, hyperscale data centres, and industrial clients . Develop customized power backup solutions based on clients' needs, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, addressing concerns, providing after-sales support, and maintaining long-term partnerships. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and complex sales cycles for high-value deals. Technical & Industry Expertise: Provide consultative sales for Li-ion battery technology , ensuring optimal power backup solutions. Work closely with engineering, presales, and product development teams to design tailored solutions for critical power applications. Educate clients on the advantages of Li-ion batteries over traditional VRLA batteries , including longevity, efficiency, and sustainability. Stay informed about industry standards, energy efficiency regulations, and data centre power redundancy best practices . Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and R&D , to align sales efforts with business objectives. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for senior management. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and industry presence.
