SFCC Frontend Developer

We are now seeking a SFCC Front-End Developer with experience on SFRA, to join our team in an international luxury brand environment. You'll contribute to the development and evolution of premium e-commerce experiences within a high-standard, multi-brand context.

Responsibilities:

• He/she is responsible for understanding functional and integration requirements, to deliver an efficient user experience.
• The Front-End Developer collaborates with the Tech Lead and Developers throughout the engagement to create sites in accordance with best practices and standards. Specifically, they will be tasked with the following:
• Proficient in writing modular, maintainable styles using SASS/SCSS
• Builds reusable, extensible front-end components using modern ES6+ JavaScript
• Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility best practices (WCAG)
• Application of the BEM methodology for scalable CSS architecture and large-scale project structuring (partials, variables, mixins, utility-first design)
• Familiarity with component-based development within SFRA, and integration with third-party scripts or libraries as needed
• Knowledge of client-side performance optimization techniques & SEO
• Nice to have : Experience integrating third-party services such as payment gateways, analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and Tag Management Systems (e.g., TGM / GTM)

Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in technical development roles and/or consulting
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience doing front-end development with Commerce Cloud
• Strong Experience using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, jQuery
• Experience in Working GRUNT, GULP, Webpack and managing multiple Node JS versions
• Experience in GIT, Source tree
• JS frameworks like ReactJS , Node JS, BootStrap is a must.
• Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
• Should have experience using UI/UX collaboration tools such as Figmaor Adobe XD.
